3. Work shop: to study bending cream, massage oils and spa products for learning about the ingredients, funtions, properties in each product and can explain to client.
4. Various courses have opened for the general people who interested in spa business and need to do this business in the future.
5. Practicing: trainers who are ready and more experiences will suggest or recommend you about customer service techniques in spa. The therapists have to work for 1 month in Beauty and Spa in order to construct abilities and efficiencies in the spa.
